Your appointments are very important to the Loki Hair Studio Team. All appointments are reserved specifically for your individual hair needs. All chemical services require a deposit to secure the appointment. This is non refundable and will be credited towards your service the day of your appointment. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, as a courtesy to our staff and other clients, we respectfully request that all clients provide a minimum of a 48 hour notice for cancellations.

All major services must be confirmed by providing a major credit card to provide a deposit which will be credited towards your bill on the day of your service.

All colour services will include a charge for the cost of the colour products required for your service. Because amounts of products may vary based on length and type of hair, at Loki Hair Studio we us a system which accurately measures the amount of product used in order to ensure you are only charged for what is used during your service. This amount will be shown on your receipt as a separate line item from your services.
